This firm was incredible from answering the phone to providing me immediate service in a non-emergency situation. They moved the laundry sink to a new location, requiring moving the water connection and drain. At the same time, they removed a gas heater and closed off the gas fitting. They were prompt, professional, and did not leave a mess for me to clean up after they left. I am going to remodel a bathroom next, and will definitely use them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Absolutely recommend Cape Plumbing. Service was quick and professional. They installed the gas lines and water heater in our motor home. A written quote so no surprises and a team who worked well together and did a fantastic job. Very polite and respectful staff.
After being told they don't do gas installations in motorhomes we went elsewhere then came back to Cape for the connection and certifification. We were then told they could have done the entire job. Their answering service mucked up our scheduled appt for the final job, which involved more stress. Thankfully Miles did manage to get our original appt (made 3 wks prior) back onto the system just in time, and his gas fitter came out the next morning and did a fabulous job. He was very friendly and very obliging. Just a tip for the company - 1. Don't use an answering service (better to be engaged and have people call back, than have someone outside your business schedule things they know nothing about) 2. Make sure all your staff know exactly what you do. To be told a month ago that you "no longer do gas installations on motorhomes" only to find out at the end of the day that you actually do......... we'd much rather have got you to do the full job. 3. Don't send out a text when you cancel a job with less than 24hrs notice. It feels awful, especially if a person can't phone you back. Short notice should at least receive a phone call, especially when the appt has been pre-booked for so long. Good old fashioned courtesy goes such a long way and would keep me coming back every time, simply because there isn't a lot of professional courtesy around anymore. having said all this we were very happy with Zane's efforts and his pleasant and cheerful manner and give him 5 stars
