useless staff, told me over the phone as to how and what i need to renew my licence and then i got there and was told something completely different. useless and no help with anything
I visited today for a service and to check/fix a clicking sound that I’ve recently started hearing when making a full turn in either direction. I was expecting a call or text outlining the issue and confirming approval to proceed with the repair. However, all I received was a text stating that my car was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I was advised to get a wheel alignment check, which might fix the clicking sound; if not, it would need to be investigated further. Now I’ll need to book another appointment for the alignment—something that could have been done today at the same time. This not only means another day lost but also increases the risk of the issue worsening due to the delay in addressing it. This experience doesn’t reflect the level of service I remember from AA and leaves a poor impression. Today’s visit felt like a waste of time, and I’ll likely look elsewhere next time for better quality service.
Wouldn’t go anywhere else! The team are so helpful and friendly.
