   Took my 6 yr old nephew to bounce today. He found one of the guys on duty/supervising. This young guy was absolutely amazing with my nephew who seems to attach himself to strangers. This guy spoke with him, bounced with him, helped him up on the high parts and was really kind to my nephew. I didn't get his name but he was 30, tall and light coloured hair.. What a great asset he is to that place ☺️

   After complaining about certain staff being unfriendly and disrespectful, the owner of the place, Chris reached out to me. He was very apologetic about my experience and he reassured that the staff are usually not like that, they must have been overwhelmed or something, even though he doesn’t condone such behaviour. I must say he handled my issue impressively and professionally. I felt a lot better and valued afterwards. I will be going back to the place and i believe my experience this time around will be what i was expecting the first time i went there. Thank you Chris!

   Firat time here for our moko boys 4th birthday celebration. Great facilities?, heaps of parents and kids , plenty to do. Great staff and byo food when hiring a pkay room for the party. Loved it and would recommend for all also make sure you have money for games.

   Everyone loves it here. Jump around, lazer tag and arcade. Loads of fun packed in to one place. Awesome place to have a party with multiple options available. For best results it does pay to book in advance.
