I've been using Josh and his team for years. They've always done a great job at a fair price and they always communicate first if your car requires more repairs than expected.
So happy to find this garage. I’ve used other mechanic places around Hastings and was getting sick of being ripped off over charged with shoddy work. Now I take all my vehicles to Value Master Motors and are so happy with the workmanship and really good prices. Finally I have found a fantastic garage and mechanics who do an awesome job. I won’t go anywhere else. Definitely recommend this place.
We had an outstanding experience. Our Van needed some bigger fixing, which needed some days of work. As Josh warned us before, with the parts and the labour it would take around three days. We got a call the second day, the car is fixed. The price was exactly what we where told before and we where able to continue our travels. That was two weeks ago, the car is back to its old form and drives great. We are still greatful for the uncomplicated and easy visit.
Went to Josh for service work for the first time yesterday and found him (and his staff) excellent. Will definitely use him again for any automotive work. Thank you.
The owner is really friendly and approachable. The service was great and I didn't feel I'd been overcharged as I have often felt at other garages. Recommended.
Look no further Josh is your guy! Moved to Hawkes Bay 6 years ago and I can now say I've finally found a good, honest, genuine mechanic. Car was overheating took it in to him to drop off and check but within 5mins he could see the problem (radiator leaking from the bottom). Booked it in for replacement and car ready to go again same day. Good thing was he gave me a quote and explained it in detail and he's reasonably priced which is a extra bonus. He even took photos of the holes and showed me the damaged part and explained that side of things too. Honestly, 5 stars from me ☆☆☆☆☆ Thanks Josh!
I am so glad to say that my experience with Value Master Motors was spectacular. I was originally with another mechanic but the prices were outstanding, the prices compared to Value Master Motors was such a big difference, over $500 cheaper. I will defiantly be going back to Value Master Motors for all of my cars services.
Been with Josh since the very first time my car broke down at my daughters daycare. He came out straight away & had my car back up and running within an hour. Highly recommend him to anyone and everyone!
Josh was very knowledgeable. He was able to fix my van and explain what was going on with my shifting as we drove around the block. He even came in under quote, so you can't complain about that! I would recommend his shop!
