   Great all around experience, friendly, strong customer service and technically knowledgeable. These are your guys. There's a reason they have 35 5-Star reviews. The team here at Bay 4x4 go the extra mile and really cared to see my happy with my install and performance. Forget the kiwi stereotypes of doing the bare minimum, Bay 4x4 really went above and beyond to make this a great experience, worthwhile investment, and good value. I did a GVM upgrade on my 2025 Everest Wildtrak, BP51 adjustable shocks, 200kg Springs and roof rails. I asked for a tip on installing my surfboard rack and the guys just did it, no questions asked. How nice! Really, really happy with this project. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Thank you Phil, Bronson and the Bay 4x4 team.

   Bay 4x4 have done an amazing job on my 93 surf. new lift kit, tyres, awning, turbo, roof racks, breather kit, and front cv shafts. They even investigated a dodgy repair from a previous owner/workshop and sourced a new rear axle to replace the damaged one. Can't recommend these guys enough !

   Got the job done but overcharged me on the invoice by almost double what it should have cost. These guys don’t realise I work across the road & watched them all morning, job took 3 hours with them moving slow standing around drinking coffee but charged me for 5 hours labour this including a lunch break at a whopping $120 per hour plus gst & $120 for transfer case oil which should only cost $25 a bottle - I mean cmon 2 X $60 why would it need 2 bottles it only takes 1 litre of oil! This is not how you get repeat customers. Hawkes bay is a small place you won’t get far being dishonest. Won’t be going back or recommending your business. Absolute rip off!

   Had snorkel fittet, and while I'm no expert on the installation, they did a small scratch on the paint, manned up upfront that it had happened and gave a discount to compensate. Good to see honesty.
