On the plate at Mondo Cafe, the idea is coffee-and-cabinet and well executed. Service moves quickly through the morning rush. Service stays present without fuss. Portions are generous yet well judged. A sensible spend for the quality.
Very disappointing, food was not top notch, we chose counter food that was supposed to be heated but was cold inside. We had almost finished the food when the coffees arrived. Sad.
The staff were brilliant and took extra care to clean the steam wand as I am gluten free and oats intolerant. On a stressful day when most cafes had shut it was nice to find somewhere that took care, made a good coffee abd I could just sit and enjoy it. I cant comment on the food as I didny eat or cgecj if the had gf options.
Lovely calm vibes with natural light. The food was delicious, moist, and cheap. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the black coffee.
Came in for an early coffee to start the day. A smart cafe attached to New World supermarket. Food looked good but I was just after a coffee which was good by the way. What impressed me most was the decor... smart, modern but what I liked were the flowers. It pays to locate next to a florist.
Lovely ambience, and private considering it's in a supermarket. Smiley faces, clean, yummy displays, more to follow
Nice food and great service, the only issue I have is they don't not provide a cooked breakfast. If that's the case they should have up dated their website to reflect this.
Actually quite a cute little space they've got. A hidden gem inside New World. Staff were friendly, and coffee was delicious!
Okay over all. I had the Eggs Benidit but the tomatoes should be replaced by a few cherry tomatoes since they are sweeter and so the sweetness would balance out the acidity from the vinegar. The toasted bread was a bit cold for my liking when it came out, and the biggest let down of all is that one of my eggs were medium boiled and the other was soft but around the outside of the egg yolk it was starting to become hard. A good dish but it reminded me of someone who saw a recipe from a cooking show and tried to recreate it........
