Placed online order for click and collect. Tried calling to follow up on this order i'd placed for a special event - phone number on Google and their website doesn't connect. After emailing, eventually they call and I'm told the size isn't in stock. When were you going to tell me and why all the excuses and zero accountability.
Lovely clothes and service!
Such lovely people! Brought a jersey for my Dad and now need a security system and another GSD because every dude I know want to steal it. I'll take a Polo Mallet to anyone that tries. Hope you had a great Kebab and I thought my tooth joke is the best ever. Such fun.
This was on Monday 28th October. Was really looking forward to browsing this shop as saw so many beautiful garments when window shopping the night before. Went in and was not greeted by sales assistant as she seemed quite busy talking to her friend about how much her land has gone up in value of this last year. As we continued to browse I had to ask her and her friend if I could get pass to view garnets behind them. It got to the point that my sister and I didn't want to spend any money here so we walked out, still no acknowledgement. For a shop with pricey high end garments would have been nice to ask if we were OK and if we needed help with anything. Unfortunately would not return.
