    Small but very well stocked, Paper Plus Mosgiel has everything you need for business, school supplies, and arts and crafts. There’s also a solid selection of books, toys, games, and novelty gifts. Having the AA and NZ Post counters on-site is a real convenience, with services ranging from vehicle and driver’s licence renewals to sending or collecting parcels and letters. The location is easy to access with both street parking and car parks across and down the road. If you’re after the essentials rather than specialised services or niche items, this is the perfect stop. Definitely worth checking here first to see if they have what you need before making a trip into the city.

    Terrible customer service. Only one staff member on her own down the back at Nz post counter, but plenty of staff up the front. 20 mins in there and had to leave without even getting the item I needed posted off ..very unimpressed. All we can do is not support the paper plus part as we have no option but to use the nzpost part.

    Was waiting for a photo taken through AA, a worker walked up to me and demanded what I was there for since I had no paperwork (it's on my phone) and then explained there was a wait. There was no need for that tone and to be treated like a child, especially when I wasn't in line for her counter.

    Absolutely livid with the customer service. An older woman with glasses and shoulder length grey-white hair took a look at me with a NZPost box, and raised her voice "Didn't you bother to go to the NZPost counter?". I said, oh I can go there if you want. She snapped back "No I can serve you here". I said it was just an empty box I'm wanting to purchase. She said "I'm aware of that". Why as a customer, heck, even as a person, have to put up with the foul attitude. I've seen other people on these reviews talk about this woman, and they share the same issues. The nzpost box had a paper plus ticket price and I've never had an issue before. Use to go there all the time for shopping but I won't anymore. Life is too short to put up with this kind of stuff.

    Really nice service! A book came out the day I arrived in Mosgiel but I couldn’t get into Paper Plus until the next day. I rang up and talked to a guy called John who kept it aside for me. The next morning I went in and my book was right there waiting for me behind the counter. Great service!

    Needlessly rude. I'm even giving it one star just because they let my toddler use their toilet for a wee. The lady acted like it was a huge pain even though i thanked her many times. Then when I went to pay, I asked for a gift card and that's when things turned really pear shaped. She said they don't do gift exchange cards for toys, only for books. Another lady in the counter right next to me was talking really loudly so when I asked the lady to repeat she acted really annoyed. Then I asked if craft supplies were toys too as they were among the items I brought. I had also brought a book and a toy truck. I wanted the card for the book and the craft and was trying to understand which items I could get the card for as she refused to give it for any of the items. I was very polite and calm this whole time but really didn't appreciate the rudeness so said there was no need to be rude. She apologised in the most insincere manner ever as if I was at fault. Then I went back straight away to ask for the card for the book I had purchased, to which she started lecturing me about needing to keep my receipt. Eventually got her to write me a card. Her initials are a.l.l or a.d.d or something like that... I should have cancelled my purchase in the first place. I'm never going there again. She clearly hates her job and spoilt what started off as a really good day for me. NZ employers have a tendency to ignore customer feedback but her attitude is sure to cost the business $$$

    Fairly off hand shop assistant. This one is new. Hope she hasn't replaced the other lovely friendly ones. Didn't feel welcome or as if my business was more than a nuisance to her. Hope she will get some customer service training.

    Excellent service today, the lady that served me was ready for her break, but she went out of her way and helped find 2 books for my wee girl, the only thing that would make life easier don't have the nz post bags right at the back of the shop, put them in by the door or counter so we can run in fast, as it will be the only place in mosgiel that sells them soon, I suggested it to the boss he didn't want a bar of it and said NO. Maybe listen to what makes things easier for customers, and be nicer like the lovely lady that helped me.
