Big guy turned up to my mothers for a bathroom renovation, cut a giant hole in the floor to get at the pipes then without notice cut all the pipes out saying they needed replacing and then left leaving my mum with no water in the bathroom. Got a bill a few days later for over $300...I was not happy. Found a guy from Tauranga to replace the pipes and finish the renovation work, he said there was no need to replace the old pipes. be very wary
