    Rachel is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and you can tell she's genuinely passionate about her work. She and the team are not only thorough but also extremely efficient, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. They're a close-knit group, and that was obvious just from listening to their conversations while they worked on my braces. It made the whole experience feel comfortable and reassuring. The quality of treatment is top-notch. I have absolutely no regrets about choosing Papamoa Orthodontist, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent orthodontic care.

    Our 13 y.o. daughter recently went to see Rachel at Papamoa Orthodontics and we were both really impressed by the whole experience. Getting braces can be quite scary for children (and parents!), but Rachel easily made both of us feel totally comfortable and any anxieties faded away. The facilities are brand new and the technology she uses is amazing - the 3-D xrays and computer modelling of the "before and after" images were really helpful in explaining how things worked and what the results would look like. I had done some research on pricing and Papamoa Orthodontics were definitely at the more reasonable end of the spectrum. A big factor was the waiting time - as a new business, it was great to be seen within a short timeframe, but I suspect this won't last long as Rachel's reputation spreads. I don't write many reviews, but I'd really like to support Papamoa Orthodontics and Rachel by sharing my views on the business and their awesome level of service. Very happy to recommend.
