   Great experience even though I hate going to a Dentist and it always gets on my nerves, but the staff made me feel at ease and gave excellent and professional advise. And pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely recommend Tooth Fairy Dental to anyone. Doctor Dale Benic gave me a new smile and I'm loving it. He is an amazing Dentist.

   Had been in credit with this company for 2 year's, Sent a email on the 3rd of July in regards to my debt of $66.00 as it had gone up to $120.00 then get a Bay corp bill of $180.00 on the 11th of June.TRIPLE THE AMOUNT. There fee's for treatment seem higher than other's this is after getting 3 more quotes done all other quotes are at least $800.00 less,when I went in to get my treatment done on my teeth they would do "1" service per dental sitting I have since found a dentist that has done 3 service's in 1 dental sitting. Wouldn't recommend this franchise THE TOOTH FAIRY

   Beautiful service from reception to end of care. Grateful to Dr Christina for her gentle and careful care of my teen daughters appointments, as well as my own. Especially recommend if you have anxiety around visiting the dentist! All staff in the Papamoa and Te Puke offices made me feel extremely comfortable, and I felt very well looked after. Even receiving a phone call from the reception team (who I also found to be very knowledgeable) a few days following my difficult extraction. The service certainly helps me feel less anxious in attending my next appointments. Thank you!

   I was back in New Zealand on holiday when I needed to have an emergency extraction. I started phoning dental surgeries frantically explaining my symptoms most of them said the earliest they could see me was in a month? When I rang the tooth fairy the secretary sounded genuinely concerned and she even had great knowledge of what I was experiencing, she checked all the clinics and found an opening for me that day, she explained where to go in great detail and wished me luck with it all. The lady who performed my extraction was a magician ( she had a British accent) , she had the tooth popped out in around 90 seconds and did it all with a smile on her face. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough, compassionate, friendly and highly skilled staff from the dentist to the assistants to the secretaries. Keep up the good work tooth fairy

   Such a wonderful experience. They went out their way to schedule an appointment for me as soon possible. The staff is very nice. Jo did a fantastic job on my teeth and was extremely informative about follow up care. I would highly recommend them.
