   Had my full business address clearly written, including the business name, yet the driver still “couldn’t find” the place. At 9:46am I get a ‘Delivery Attempted – Collection Required’ notice even though our workplace is easy to spot. Please train your drivers to read addresses properly. This level of incompetence is incredibly frustrating.

   We watched the driver pull up and put a “sorry we missed you” card in our letterbox and drove off as I ran out to try and stop them. No attempt was made to see if anyone was home but 2 people were. Zero star service really but have to give one to write the review.

   Such horrendous service. Don’t bother with them. My parcels this time (not the first!) have now waited 4 days for pickup (scheduled for Monday, it is now Friday). I rang NZ Post yesterday, waited 45 mins till my call was answered, to be told they would contact the driver and have them let me know when and if they would arrive - heard nothing and STILL no one showed up. This is in addition to the three parcels lost over the past few months. I will now have to take them into a Post office to get (hopefully!) get away on the courier. I now try to use Aramex whenever I can as they are prompt and arrive daily for parcel pickups.

   Terrible slow service, an overnight package took 5 days to deliver to countdown as a drop off point, courier then responded that the business at the delivery address was closed. Rang for update, told we'd hear back by the end of the day, nothing. Asked for package to be collected from depot but they then proceeded to deliver it to countdown instead so redirection ignored.

   My parcel has been sitting on their shelf for 6 days now, waiting for courier!! I go there in person with ID, tracking number, proof of purchase, etc., but I am denied my parcel, which I paid for and belongs to me! Beyond ridiculous!! Still waiting for it!

   Asked nicely to get a parcel that was sent to the wrong address by supplier retrieved and sent back to the PBT depot. they ignored the email from PBT and delivered the parcel to the wrong address anyway. customer service werent helpful over the phone either.

   I placed a complaint as my parcel was delivered while I was home and I got a card to say collect from office as I have locked gates. I would have opened the gates or arranged leave my parcel however I received the Emilia at 0600 and I was still asleep. I have heard nothing from the complaint. Two days later I am home curtains open obviously home and awake the courier once again drops a card into the letterbox. I got it 10 mins later. He made not effort to deliver at all. I am tired of this lazy courier driver who does not attempt to provide any service at all.

   It took 2 days to deliver a parcel 6km! The Courier driver didn’t even bother to come to the door, just left a card in the letterbox before 8am saying they’d been. I was home expecting them to come and the doorbell never rang and no one knocked. I rang as soon as my carer gave me the card and was told I’d have to wait until the next day for redelivery. The Supervisor was rude and obstructive and I had difficulty getting past her to speak to the Manager. I had to keep ringing and even then it wasn’t delivered at the time he’d promised. Plenty of other companies out there people, hopefully some who value their customers more than these guys do.
