I never got notified of my dog being finished (even though when I booked and when I dropped her off I said to let me know as soon as she was done) and the poor girl sat there after her groom for nearly 2 hours and it was only when I chased it up was I told she was done. The groomer also cut one of her dew claws off entirely. Not impressed and will not return.

Took my 6 month old shitzu puppy here for his first groom. I was conscience that i didnt want his clipped short so specifically rung and spoke to the groomer telling her that i wanted him kept with around 2 inches of hair left. My husband also told the staff the same on drop off specifically telling them my wife does not want him shaved. So imagine my disappointment on pickup to find a shaved puppy with approx 1 cm of fur left. I rung to express my disappointment but nothing was done except a verbal sorry from the poor girl who answered the phone. Im more than disappointed - this clinic could have had a life time of grooms with our puppy. I wouldnt recommend at all they certainly didnt listen
