    We rang SW Bartholomew's plumbers today with an urgent request for a plumber to come out for a large water leak under our house. She said they can’t do anything for two weeks (which we totally accept they are busy which is great for them). We asked if they could suggest another plumbing company. The response was unhelpful and she said we should just have to ring round.
