   Gail & Nat are welcoming and helpful. I am not techie so starting Xero Training with Gail over the last few months has been a good start. I love how she cares about you, your approach to your work, asks great questions, challenges my fixed mindset and open doors to new learning and recommends great books. I love learning from someone who keeps investing in their professional development too. Our best two sessions were when she returned recently from two different conferences. I also appreciate her flexibility as sometimes if I have teachers away I need to reschedule and teach at Montessori 3-6. I feel very inspired and empowered with Gail as my focus for the first 14 years has been on creating our Multilingual Preschool Community and supporting our children, families and teaching team, growing others and refining our Curriculum Offerings. Now I am ready to grow the business side of my brain. In reality I stayed away from knowing my numbers and was even in denial and called it a preschool not a business. Gail is helping me gently progress to having a more holistic overview so that I can keep us Thriving through to 2041 so over the next 15 years we continue to live and deliver on our Mission of making Montessori Free, Affordable & Accessible in the Bay & our Vision of Inspiring and Empowering Children, Families and our Teaching Team through Multilingual Montessori Education in English, Te Reo, Spanish & Samoan. Having the Financial Stability will help achieve our Strategic goals and allow us to continue funding Montessori Training & Refreshers & Conferences for all of our teaching team. I look forward to the future learning opportunities Gail and her team will deliver in 2026.

   I started working with Gail around the time I was rebranding and launching a new company. Gail has always provided reassurance and a very down to earth approach to supporting me and my business. This included helping through some very challenging financial times as a result of covid. Gail takes a genuine interest in your business and your life and she helps to keep it real. I have a monthly accounting service with Pulse, which also includes bookkeeping which has been extremely thorough, and has given me back so much time to work on other things. I've also had cashflow coaching with Gail which is an additional service that I also highly recommend.
