   I have recently dealt with Pisey twice. I obtained a verbal quote of $60 in Dannevirke to restring a pearl necklace. I dropped the pearls off in Taradale and again saw her and reconfirmed the $60. I also asked for the pearls to be measured. I was given a receipt with $0 on it. I received a text saying the pearls were ready and would be $199. I spoke to Sarah instore a few days ago about all of this. She was very receptive and professional. She rang Pisey who denied ever saying they would be $60 and that there could be a $30 discount. I expressed extreme disappointment in this service and asked where the paper trail with the measurement of the necklace was that Pisey had written in front of me. This was not available. I paid the $169 to get my restrung pearls.

   Had a wonderful experience with Long Jewellers in Taradale. I saw a ring over the holidays and after coming home to Wellington decided I wanted to purchase it. Corlette was so helpful to organise this for me in her own time and sent it to me via post. I'm extremely grateful to her. Thank you so much. :-)

   I cringe every time the radio commercial comes on. The female speaker cannot pronounce jewellery. She repeatedly pronounces 'Jewlry' loud and proud 'Jewlry'

   This would be a far better store if the welcome was warmer & welcoming rather than abrupt and curt & hurrying you along. Must be the store policy as both the male & female are tarnished with the same brush.
