Things were going well, until ACC was involved, I got told there was a number of individuals as case managers for my claim, I then queried this with Jennifer... She then asked me to ring, Long story in regarding Spec-Savers what I was told from both outfits was a totally different story to what ACC has said. ACC will now not cover the traumatic incident in full due to this, Thanks.
