Saddlery Warehouse Mosgiel went above and beyond when I needed a nice collar and lead for my father’s dog to attend his funeral service. The collar I ordered didn’t arrive in time, and the team went out of their way to make sure my father’s dog looked smart for the day with an alternative collar and lead solution! I cannot recommend these guys enough, this meant a lot to our family ❤️ 5 stars to this business ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
I popped in to Saddlery Warehouse this week while we were in Dunedin and just wanted to say how brilliant Kim is. She helped me find new boots for my daughter and a bag load of other goodies for me, she hung out and "shopped" with my little girl so I could do a bit of real shopping too which is absolutely above and beyond. So much fun we came back the next day. On top of this there's a great range of options for all budgets, we'll definitely be coming in next time we are there.
Great place to purchase gear in a variety of price ranges. From those on a tighter budget to a bit more expensive. Friendly and helpful staff
Great range, friendly staff. They had sold out of what I was after but I still managed to spend some money on Xmas gifts.
First time at the shop, went in and found the dewormer very fast. Priced according to the website, lots of horse related items packed into a small area but well organized. Staff members happy and relaxed and answered questions.
Won't purchase anything here again. I brought a lead rope which after two weeks the clip had sized. All refunds and faults have to go through head office. After six days of being fed up with no response I phoned the shop. There was no way they would refund the item however they have replaced it. I didn't want a replacement as obviously they were of poor quality. They should be able to deal with issues on site.
I popped into Saddlery Warehouse recently to grab a Christmas gift. I was amazed at the range on offer and the friendliness of the staff. When the item I wanted want in the size I needed the store assistant offered to have it couriered in from another branch. Great service, I will definitely be back!
