We did not get the full one hour. I could only meet up at Mitre 10 which was difficult as whoever went with me there, then had to wait for me to return. They only had one driving instructor. The one on display is not working. This means the instructor is heavily booked and it is near impossible to get dates and times that are convenient. I would not recommend AA Napier to anyone.
Very bad experience. It wasn't even closing time and the door was already locked, asked the woman inside if we could just come in and we'll be on our way 2 minutes later... she shook her head vigorously, I'm utterly dissapointed in what happened today.
AA appraisal on a vehicle I purchased in Napier in april was not worth the money it was printed on. The car dealer had to fork out $1500 to get said appraised vehicle up to w.o.f standard
Came there on Friday to Convert my Overseas Lisence to NZ Lisence - Friendly staff … the lady in front of the door … soo lovely, the counter young lady soo lovely … 10/10

As I was in the queue waiting, I noted that one of the staff members was discretely assisting a young man with his licence application. It looked as though he had some difficulties with writing/ reading, and this woman's care, respect and patience deserves acknowledgement. I also had a delightful and personable staff member serve me. Well done team.
Most of the staff are nice, but there is one (Anne), terrible customer service, I think she just don't like her job. We have heard many friends that have faced the same situation with her. She is not doing a favour, we have paid for the service and it is not cheap. Very disappointed. Someone should guide her.
