   Very disappointing experience with this property broker/manager. The property was advertised at a lower rent, then the rent was increased and the move-in date was pushed out after they knew we were keen to proceed. That’s not transparent or fair dealing. Maintenance standards were also poor, and communication/attitude felt unprofessional throughout. I’d advise others to be cautious.

It all happened very quickly as we aren't Mosgiel based, Shoz did a great job in moving quickly to get the marketing sorted for us, as well as working hard with the open homes etc. She kept us informed all the way through and made it very easy at an incredibly emotional and stressful time.    This review is for Tania Simpson who is a VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL property manager. She has made a wrong footstep right from the start when we verbally agreed to something and she has never made notes of what was agreed upon. Also, by law tenants are allowed to paint (in our case to refresh a paint) to the property and in one year while renting this was not allowed to us. She she ESTREMELY SLOW in her communications and sometime we were waiting for months. There was issues with water leaking in the garage after each rain and the issue was never sorted while we were there in one year. At some point she has mentioned about a sort of compensation and nothing concrete happen. To all the inspections we have never got notices apart from the exit inspection and once we were in the door step with the agent coming to conduct inspection and we were not even aware of it. About a week before exit the big top oven element stopped working and we have made her aware of the issue and I was expecting to hear that somebody will.come around and fix it so I can continue with my cooking, but no sign of that. There was leak coming from the living room ceiling and NOTHING HAS BEEN EVER DONE. I would NOT RECOMMEND this property manager EVER unless you like to deal with rude and very unprofessional person.
