This is my second purchase from Mountain Warehouse and their gear is good quality and reasonably priced. My waterproof jacket is waterproof and breathable and my thermals are toasty warm and soft. Super easy to order online and they delivered it really fast.
I bought 3 fleece jackets half zip, full zip to add extra layer in wunters or wear at home etc. They are soft comfortable and warm. I really recommend it. Unable to leave reviews on website for particular item as no option seem to appear to add it.
Really nice staff, great prices and a much bigger range of items and sizes than I would have expected. I returned an item with no hassles and ended up buying more on the way out!
Visited for the 1st time yesterday, with a friend who needed a rain jacket for the Milford Track next week. Was most impressed! Fantastic range of quality well designed clothing & footwear. Excellent service from well informed staff. Great value for money. We left having purchased 7 items between us!!

I went into this store to buy a pair of waterproof walking boots, something I have never purchased before so was hoping for some expertise from the staff. What a joke - these guys dont provide customer service. I was in the shop for around half an hour and not one person entering the shop including myself, was acknowledged or greeted by any of the FOUR staff members 'working' (3 stood behind the counter talking, was was wandering around putting back items one at a time). The only way anyone got any 'help' was by going up to the counter and waiting for the women to notice them. My first trip to the counter saw me standing there waiting while 3 women ignored me. Two did seem to be doing something on the computers - but not serving - the the third stood there refusing to look at me. I even assisted another woman who had a question and she agreed with me that the staff were useless. What has happened to customer service???? Would really love to give negative stars for this experience.
Fantastic range at very reasonable prices. Love my puffer jacket from here. Warm and practical products, great for Dunedin.
