I phoned PBT Group three times for a status update on a consignment and left a message, they don't answer their phone or return your call even if you leave a message. I also emailed them using the customer services email on their site, I got a MS failed to delivery message the following day. I drove to the Napier Depot to ask them to check on the consignment, if it was there I could fit it into my truck. They told me it was still in Wellington, granted not their fault. They said they don't have an overnight service from Wellington to Hawkes Bay and that it would take 2 days to get here. I was told it would be delivered on Thursday morning at 7.30am, I said we would have someone there to receive delivery. It was delivered the following day, Wednesday, and left outside our warehouse, a valuable order with no one to sign for it. Terrible customer service, I wouldn't recommend them.

Our Parcel was dropped to shop next door. They said it was'nt there's. He still left it with them. He wouldn't take it back and look for my address. Peeved off it was a important package. Will make sure we never use your company again.

Totally useless tracking system. You get a ticket number etc but no link to update you on whereabouts of parcels. Other companies do. Calling them is equally pointless as, without ticket reference they won't help you. You're resigned to having to stay home, waiting with fingers crossed for their courier to knock on your door. Courier ok. System sux.

Parcel opened and some goods stolen. Parcel nearly dropped off at the wrong address. Rude delivery man. How the Blenheim branch can survive is a miracle. Avoid this company like The Plague.

We use PBT couriers Napier for our Gift Box delivery. In the weeks preceding Christmas, our business is very busy with most of our parcels needing to be couriered locally and throughout New Zealand. The service we received from PBT was faultless, we had many comments from our customers regarding the prompt delivery despite the busy time of the year. The staff at the Napier depot are friendly and helpful whether on the phone, at the front counter or in the depot itself when we were dropping off. We would recommend PBT.

I read with interest some of the bad comments about this firm and mostly about the Napier Branch. Although sometimes the delivery is slow I usually get my parcel and the courier ladies are lovely. Thank you to the lovely lady that delivered my parcel today. Give them a break it is not their fault if the parcels are not being handed to them within a reasonable time. It is the fault of the management of the local firm.

After ordering goods the package took 12 hours from Auckland to Napier, then sat at their "Storage" facility for 6 days before being delivered a half hour drive to Hastings. When called they don't pick up their phone, and when I did get a hold of someone they claim the driver tried to drop it off on two different occasions. Both times I was home and no one even came, when I did call they asked for a delivery card but the so called driver hadn't left one to confirm they had even made an attempt to drop off. Would rate 0/5 if I could.
