   Back in February, one of your driver's reversed her van into me. She then screamed and verbally abused me in the street , denied fault and road laws. Screamed multiple times 'I'm not fixing your shitty trailer'. She then waited 5 months before trying to set me up as her patsy insurance fraud. Luckily I still had the video evidence to prove she was at fault.

   Not very good when comes to deliveries. Took 11 working days for a parcel to arrive from Auckland to Napier, then out with the courier for 3 day. Ended up that I went and picked up from office.

   Some initial issues having a parcel delivered in a timely manner but very capably dealt with by Sandra (who answered the phone) in a calm and efficient manner and a personal delivery by the Operations Manager. 5 stars for attitude.

   Confidential documentation was delivered requiring a signature and was just left at the back door not signed by the person it was addresses to. My question is who signed for it to be just left? This is not acceptable.

   Was sitting in our dining room at 6.45am courier went next door then parked outside our home. Sat in van for about 3 minutes, hubby went out to wait but decided courier wasn't for us. Hubby came back, courier got out of van, put something in letterbox and drove away. Hubby went out to get item. Turned out to be a card for non delivery because nobody was home. He didn't even try opening the gate or come up to the door - so how did he miss us sitting at the table watching him. I tried ringing from 07.30am but nobody answers the phone at Customer Services and you just get cut off. This is a diabolical way to run a business. Would never use them. Am totally disgusted if this is the way business is done now.

   Terrible last mile courier at my address. I have authority to leave and he doesn't leave a regular parcel. No response to complaints. I've had to cancel my orders with a good supplier
