I bought 3 avocados this evening, but when I got home and cut them open, I found them all overripe and spoiled. The three were the ones I picked from the shelf, as they seemed less ripe than the others. I think the store has a responsibility to check the quality of its products regularly.
Don’t shop here. Paid $10 for a 5 kilo bag of Rosa spuds. All were badly sprouting, tender to the touch and green inside. Bloody cheats. Will never go there again. Their vegetables are also mostly soggy and soft mostly fit for pig and cattle fodder.
The way the salesperson or the person in the counter behaved, it was very unprofessional and rude. I was asking for his suggestion how to carry the eggs as the packaging wasn't very good. He told me it is my headache not his! I left the store.

This is my go-to for bananas, always well priced and a lot cheaper than ones from the supermarket. Their produce is cheap and fresh, which is really helpful especially when you're a student on a tight budget! Lovely customer service too :)
Being a backpacker on a low budget i am so happy to have a place where i can afford to buy healthy and fresh fruits and vegetables! They might sometimes have little beauty marks or the cucumbers are not perfectly straight, but that is the last thing i could worry about. Much gratefulness and love for this local business ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
