   Brilliant Agent. Fantastic Result! Phil was professional and helpful right from the start. His market knowledge was extremely helpful as he guided us through the process of putting our first home on the market. He was able to give us advice on presenting our home well, and talked us through the marketing options, giving great advice on the best options for us. He went above and beyond to get potential buyers through our property and communicated with us throughout the process.    Experienced, efficient, responsive, reliable and incredibly effective. . We were selling due to quite difficult circumstances after an unexpected health scare. Hanlie took the time to sit with us as we negotiated the changes in our circumstances and allowed us the time to prepare the property for sale while managing work and treatment plans etc, in that respect she was incredibly empathetic and supportive. She showed genuine concern and checked in regularly as we set up to move to the Waikato. We were fully informed of the process surrounding the sale and once things got going the regular communication and updates really helped.    Outstanding service from a genuine guy. We first met Phil Carmine when we attended an open home and from that moment on, we knew when we sold our home we would use him. We didn't expect that to be 4 years later. During that time Phil kept in touch, without pressuring at all, and provided us with invaluable market advice anytime we asked. When we decided the time was right, having Phil guide us through the process was way less stressful than previous selling experiences we've had. He explained everything along the way, his communication was second to none, but above all he was honest and set realistic expectations. Something we really appreciated. Through his hard work he got us a price at the upper end of what we were hoping for, which of course is a bonus. Phil went above and beyond for us, ensuring settlement went through without a hitch, despite a slight mishap a couple of days before settlement that may have involved a wine bottle and a cracked stove top. We have, and will continue, to recommend Phil to family and friends without hesitation. Thank you again Phil!

Post offer comms is always nerve wracking, however Hanlie maintained constant contact for both myself and my wife. Its a huge life event purchasing a home, and Hanlie treated it as such. Couldn't ask for more to be honest.
