   Bright, market-wise, breezy, and caring. We contacted Tania for a private viewing just before signing for another house. She got us in fast and knew exactly what her vendor needed and after taking a good amount of time with us, she was able to help us develop a winning offer. She was exactly what you want from an agent on both sides. Clear. Articulate. Helpful. Well-informed. Trustworthy. She made time for us as buyers to see the house a couple of times and made us feel like she was working for us as well as her vendor. She operated at all times with high integrity and educated us in the process. If I was selling a home, I’d want someone who could make people feel good about buying from us because of our agent.
