The turnover was a only a matter of days between tenants vacating and new ones moving in. Excellent job!    I’ve been a tenant of Hawkes bay properties for over two years now. My experience has been and continues to be great, I’ve always felt comfortable coming to them with any issues and have found the property managers are very attentive to having an issue fixed. We have a great home and feel there is a good standard on both sides from expectations on being a good tenant to attentive and respectful property managers resulting in the home and us as tenants happy and taken care of. Thanks Dee and Alisha for being such friendly and caring property managers, it doesn’t go unnoticed.

   Staff are more than accommodating when sorting issues in their rentals. Friendly and professional while maintaining courtesy during a world wide pandemic.    If you are looking for someone to manage your property think twice before using Hawke's Bay properties. Our experience was awful. Tenant vetting was cursory and poor. The reports they send are good but does not reflect necessarily the reality .Only concerned with avoiding any responsibility.
