You cant get over the older lady with narcissistic traits – her attitude towards customers was simply unacceptable. It's clear she's not content in her role, there is no excuse for treating customers poorly with derogatory remarks . It made the experience extremely unpleasant. This place is a no-go for a relaxed shopping experience. Trust me, there are better spots around. Skip this joint and let's not endorse such backwards treatment in this day and age.
Unacceptable Conduct - Avoid This Place My recent trip to Garden Place was a disaster. The staff member I encountered showed blatant disrespect, even stooping to discriminatory behaviour based on my ethnicity. The whole vibe there was unprofessional and disrespectful. Let's talk about the senior employee—the older lady with blonde hair and tonnes of makeup—who seemed utterly fed up with her job. It's crystal clear she's not happy, but it's not on to dump all that negativity on customers, making their experience absolutely awful. This place? Forget about shopping in peace. If you're after a decent experience, skip this joint. There are far better spots nearby or in town. Trust me, steer clear of this place—it's not worth your time or money.
Garden place has fast become the only place we shop for anything garden related in Mosgiel. Brooke and the team have amazing knowledge and are so approachable to answer any questions. Their product range is extensive and have an amazing aray of indoor plants and gifts. Will definitely be using Garden Place to help us out with our big landscaping job coming up!
Mosgiel Garden Place have such a great range of plants. Staff are always friendly and on hand for advice. Buy Local!!!
I wouldn't go anywhere else for my plants. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful service and their stock is always in such a healthy condition.
Nice place. I pop in regularly. I Don't like the computer system. I have lost heaps of points due to not being able to look up a customer.
