My husband and I recently ordered a pole shed through Mosgiel ITM and have been blown away by the customer service we received from the planning stage right through to products arriving when promised. Can honestly say we weren't at all impressed with the garden centre yesterday when we were there. The indoor plants were swimming in an inch of water, looking terribly unhealthy! The staff were not wearing masks, when we went to pay for a purchase the woman that was behind the counter was standing there coughing and as stated before not even wearing a mask We will not be returning in a hurry as it is not their usual standards.
Had the best experience with Brent today! He was so helpful when my partner and myself were wanting sand for our babies sandpit! Will definitely be going back for any more supplies we need!
