Absolutely butchered my hair and also gave me an entirely wrong cut. Then they demanded cash afterwards, not recommendable

It's been a while since I had such a baaad haircut. Farmers give sheep better service. Dude just butchered my hair, destroyed the top completely, zero understanding what would fit a person and what would. On top of that you forced to listen to very loud arab song or perhaps it was a prayer.
Visiting Dunedin, sadly to attend a funeral. Popped into Mo Cuts, hoping my husband could get a much needed spruce up. He was treated like a king! Haircut, shave, head and neck massage and then offered a delicious hot coffee, so was I! Brilliant service, a barbers shop every man should experience. What a treat, well done Team Mo Cuts.
Went in for a shave, seemed a nice and efficient place. Agreed before hand on a trim and outlining of my beard. Shave was efficient but than the barber took it upon himself to also do my hair, no question, no warning, big snips of my hair. By the time I realised he wasn't just cutting one or 2 hairs I had no choice but to let him finish. Going the extra mile is nice, but this completely went beyond what I asked for or what we agreed upon. I am not satisfied with the results. Would not recommend or go again.
A great shop, I went in for a beard sculpt & left with a clean, symmetrical shape. Highly recommend!
Awesome experience! Mo and his son, Fuad, were super friendly, paying to much attention to an excellent service. Nice atmosphere with lovely ethnic music. Very generous in their time and products. It felt more like visiting a friend! The best thing: they are open after 5pm! Cannot wait until the next time!
