   The new owner has made such a great difference, the salon feels much more organised and welcoming. The hairdressers are true professionals, very familiar with different haircut styles and trends, and they really take the time to understand what suits you best.    Five Stars I recently visited the Just Cuts branch at Meridian Mall in Dunedin, and it was truly the best salon experience I’ve had in town. Meisam, the new owner, is so considerate, skilled, caring and very respectful of customers. They can handle all kinds of styles, and the whole team makes you feel right at home. They’re especially great with kids’ haircuts. Meisam has this wonderful way of keeping children calm and happy, even offering them a little treat afterward. It’s become our go-to spot for the whole family. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, booking is easy, and the prices are really reasonable. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone. Definitely a five-star service all around!

   Went in for a hair cut a little while ago. I don't usually write reviews, but it was the worst haircut I have ever had in my life. I showed a picture of what I wanted, first thing the guy did was chop a horizontal line across the side of my head, didn't bother to brush or section my hair at all. Another hairdresser had to come and give him a tip on how to do something cause he was so hopeless. I even told him during the haircut that I didn't like it and he continued to chop away at it. I left in tears, ended up finding another hairdresser the same day to salvage what was left, who agreed that it was a terrible haircut and that I should have asked for a refund. I am used to going to just cuts, but the guy at the Dunedin chain was just terrible and has put me off wanting to get my hair cut ever again.

   Went into the Dunedin store this morning for a hair cut. I even took a photo of the hair cut I wanted. What I got was not what I wanted. The stylist was very quiet and when I tried to talk to her about what I was after. All I got was hmm. Very unprofessional and will never go back there…

   The hairdresser took very little length off and when asked what I thought I asked for it to be shorter and to have more layers. The hairdresser said "No, you have to wait for it to grow out more because the last person didn't know how to cut wavy hair." I wanted a hair cut, but instead I paid for someone to tell me she didn't like the last cut and I wasn't allowed it shorter!?

   I went to the Dunedin store today and I can say it was the worst haircut I have gotten in my life and it looks nothing like the picture I have shown him. One side of the fringe is uneven and the sides aren’t even faded in the slightest. If I could give negative stars I would.
