I've been searching for a new place to go to for a haircut since the guy cutting my hair for the last two decades retired. I booked in with Ashlea and it was excellent, she was lovely to talk to and knew what I wanted better than I did, I'll definitely be back
I was kinda new to Dunedin and looking for a decent barber. A barber that knows what your concerns are, knows the right cut based not only on what you’re trying to achieve but also on your physical anatomy of your head. Hair Hunters got the right perfect place.
Ashlea took my mullet with a power rating of 5 on a good day and turned in into a solid 7 maybe 8 (the canvas wasn’t there for anything higher or I’m sure she could have produce a 10). Highly recommend talking to Ashlea if ever considering your first perm. She’s amazing.
I went in yesterday for a major haircut! I’ve had hair down to my shoulders (sometimes longer) for the past five years, and I finally decided to chop it all off. Naturally I was nervous about the whole thing, but the guy who cut my hair did a phenomenal job and left me with a great haircut! The price was very reasonable, and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Great experience, and I cannot recommend them enough!
Took my son for a haircut today after trying a couple of different places and was very satisfied with the cut. My son is very particular about his hair and Brennan was wonderfully patient in trying to understand what he wanted. Overall it was a great experience.

Went in for a zero fade and was really happy with Hannah’s work — I had been searching for a good barber for quite a while. She knew what she was doing and she was very confident. Enjoyed the chat too. Would definitely recommend these guys! And they offer loyalty cards too which I always appreciate.
