When I was in Dunedin 3 weeks after I’d had my hair coloured ,that was barely noticeable, and an awful job. I went and complained to one of Managers and she agreed it wasn’t acceptable and agreed to redo it for me next time I was up. Went last Thursday 6 th to have it redone and unbeknown to me I was charged $150.00 , when I went to leave. I was so angry , totally brassed off( thats polite) . Terrible service , won’t be back and I used come all way from Gore
