Ended up paying $50 more than I was quoted for even after cutting off half of my hair. Asked for a balayage touch up as I was already blonde with some warm blonde tones and ended up leaving with the tone i wanted except for a single strand of noticebly bright platinum blonde on one side of my bangs. Sat in the chair for 4 hours to get a touch up and hairdresser then told me she ran out of time and couldn’t style my hair so had to walk out with blowdried curly and frizzy hair.

Would not recommend for curly hair. Went in asking if they could do a dry cut for curly hair and was assured they could. The hairdresser then tried to do a dry cut when it was obvious she didn't know how and ended up having to do it wet. She did everything I asked her not to do. The hairdresser also got visibly frustrated and rude when I tried to explain it wasn't what I wanted. I felt extremely disappointed paying for a service that was not what I asked for.
