    All in All, Otago Dental Services are fantastic, friendly helpful staff who are dedicated to their work. However the reason 3 star rating is the facilities, an old outdated dentist chair for clients, and terrible entrance not suitable for elderly clients or people with mobility issues to access, the entire office needs an update urgently.(I went with my grandma we had asked passersby or a willing taxi driver to to help get my grandma up and down the single extremely high step at the entrance.)
