    My appointment with Rachel for microdermabrasion was absolutely fantastic. She's the nicest, most professional technician. I'd not had microdermabrasion prior to today, and to be honest, the special price really was attractive, but to add to the great price was the great service.     Appalling service. I bought a GrabOne voucher and had no end of trouble trying to book a time to use it. Firstly, no one answers the phone or returns your call if you leave a message. When I finally managed to speak to someone, the first question they asked was did I have a GrabOne voucher. They refused to make a booking until I had the voucher number, wouldnt even pencil one in to save the only time available that suited me. They also got annoyed when I tried to give them my work phone number, insisting on a cell number instead, despite me saying I couldnt use my phone at work. When I text them the voucher number later, I got a text back confirming my appointment but when I turned up for it, they hadnt actually made the booking on the computer and had someone else booked in. So I made another appointment for a few days later, but received a text on the day cancelling the appointment and giving me a few options for another time. I replied that I wasnt happy but asked to be booked in for one of the times offered, after arranging to take time off work to attend it. Then I get another text saying they had cancelled my voucher! They are extremely unprofessional and wouldnt recommend Beauty N Mind to anyone. When I was telling everyone at work about them, several others shared stories of equally bad service. Avoid!
