   Good, it seems well organized, The current dental hygienist is gentle and careful. They installed a TV on the roof above the chair you lay in which is a good distraction with some wildlife video playing. What would be cool is if the client got to choose from some TVNZ Channels. Price wasn't too bad for a clean.

   We have been going here for over 15 years, built up an excellent report with everyone including front desk. Now it's all changed. Never have we ever recieved a bill via email 2 days after our dental work! We have always paid, it may not always be on the day and yet had arranged within the week. Perhaps who we saw didnt pass on the message, again!. Quite like a reoccurring things these days. Not impressed with the front desk. Not knowing Mather from Asser. Will be taking our business elsewhere unless issues like this can be resolved. We miss Lyn and Tania on the desk. They were the best, these girls have big boots to fill!

   Just had my teeth cleaned by Elsie - best clean I’ve had (compared with other NZ hygienists, UK, Aus and Singapore). She was professional, took the time to educate me with the latest practices in dental hygiene and was very gentle - really important given all my dental work (implants and veneers). Highly recommend Elsie and will return.

   Like a lot of older people, I have anxiety when it comes to going to a dentist. I have been to a few different dentists in my life. I have had teeth filled just to have them break again. I chose to go to Clive square Dental as they were the only ones that replied to a query that I sent to a few Dentists, and I am glad I did. They removed my teeth, that had broken, for me. It was the most pain free Dental visit I have ever had. All the Staff were so nice, and the whole experience, from the initial consultation to the tooth extraction, was the most stress free Dental visit ever. I am actually looking forward to getting my next broken tooth fixed. Knowing that I am in good hands. Thank you for making what has only ever been a bad experience for me into a good one.    We visited these dentists whilst on holiday in NZ after our 10 yr old broke off the cap repair from a tooth she broke months ago. They were able to fit us in with an appointment the next day and even rang to see if we wanted to come in on the same day after they had a cancellation. When we were there all of the staff were so genuinely friendly (I find our usual dentists cold, clinical and the pleasantries almost false) but these guys put as us all at ease. The repair done by Michael was neater and looks more solid than the original. He was so friendly that daughter was at ease, which was also helped by there being a TV above the chair she could watch. Finally, I was nervous as to what the cost would be but was pleasantly surprised. Overall, I couldn't be more impressed with this practice.
