   I give them a four star because they were amazing with customers service I took my car in because I had a computer system problem and they checked it out and it was a custler regular problem so they fixed that for me which cost me $670 and I was so greatful because this car means a lot to me (sentimental thing to me) and a week later, petrol wasn't going thru the pipe because of the filter it was dirty ,so they had to replace the filter and that cost me $440 I just thought the price was a bit high but great job in fixing my problem with my car my car keeps coming up with problem after problem good customer service

   My last 2 visits have been extremely disappointing both times i got quotes before I booked it in only for a brake job to go from $400 to $ 870 then a gearbox oil change to go from $100 to $278 i think with your experience that you would be a little more accurate with your quotes

   Just to start out, the 5 star rating from "David" is the owner of the shop. Had our van break down in Napier, was told by our hostel manager that this was the best shop in town (they're good buddies). They did some work on our vehicle that we didn't ask for and they could not even solve the problem. They had to call other mechanics to ask what they should do. Bill came to ~$200.00NZD for looking around in the engine compartment and cutting and welding our exhaust pipe. Would rate 0 stars if I could. BE CAREFUL.
