The team were really helpful with a small issue I had with RV hot water unit. They helped be sort out the problem and explained how to rectify it if it happens again Would recommend First Auto Works for anyone needing repairs/maintenance
Needed an urgent repair done on my car as it had a coolant leak. My car was fitted in the day after I rang, it was diagnosed the same day, communication was amazing. Repairs were completed the next day, before lunch, and the price was very reasonable. I can't recommend this workshop enough, great staff, very professional and helpful. I will be recommending their services near and far. Thanks for an amazing job.

Having broken down in Hastings, we were towed to First Autoworks in Napier on Monday. We were lucky to camp, with power while we waited for the parts to arrive on Thursday. We were frequently advised in depth of the problem and repair process by Nathan and his friendly staff. They also kindly allocated a loan car for us. To allow them time to assess the noisey pulley, we cycled to Bayview and Puketapu. We were new to Napier, and enjoyed seeing the sites. Thank you Nathan for getting us going.
