   Logan came and fixed our bus when we were dead in the water, late easter Monday, at Mohaka river farm. Not only did he show up with a smile on his face, and a can-do attitude, but more importantly, he brought reassurance that we'd make it back home that night. He soon identified the issue and fixed it, and gave advice to make sure it won't happen again. Highly recommend Logan to be your choice for the next onsite assistance.

   I heard a random noise in my car. Booked my car in for a Service and assessment of the noise with these guys. And just WOW! Brilliant customer care, sorted the issue causing the noise, serviced the car (now back to running a dream), gave advice on my windscreen fogging and even fixed my little window switch without being asked. I mean "How cool is that!". Just shows there are companies that still pride themselves on looking after the customer.

   You know when you have one of those days... This was one of those days. That was until Logan Campbell from onsite services turned up. Not only did my car lock itself while my keys were sitting on the front seat completely locking me out, my phone, house keys, and keys to everything were locked in my car. Being a late model Camaro... It's near impossible to break into without breaking a window. Within a very short time of Logan turning up, We were in !!!! Absolutely stocked how fast he turned up considering I live 45 minutes out of town. And did it for a great price !!! Can't thank you enough. Thank you, Lee

   Logan and the team at Onsite services are brilliant! Mums car had broken down and had AA tow it to Onsite Services for repair late on a Sunday. They had her up and running again promptly, nothing was a problem, commincation was great and they even gave her car a wash! Her car sounds better than it ever has to be honest. Definitely happy to recommend Onsite Services and will be taking my own vehicle their in the future. Thanks guys!

   What a fantastic crew! So helpful on Sunday when our car decided to misbehave, then Monday morning they prioritized our car so we could travel the 4hrs home to get to work on the farm. They were a very friendly crew that made it a stress free situation!! Many many thanks!!

   We will be eternaly gratefull to the whole team of Onsite Services! Our campervan (home) engine blew off after 10 days of being serviced at Auto Services Gisborne. Guys at Onsite were very kind, generous and understanding. They've helped us in every possible way. Very professional care. If all car repair places looked like this one, we'd be actually looking forward to have our car repaired.

   Arrived in Napier with brakes binding. Craig from AA came to our rescue and took us to On-site Services. The staff were amazing and very reassuring as to the fault, which turned out to be brakes pads needing a clean. They had us on our way in no time. Even the bank account was pleased !!    Make Onsite Mechanical service Thames Rd, Napier your first choice. Traveling with my daughter and three young grandchildren I put the wrong blue diesel fuel in our hired camper and our holiday turned into a major stressful holiday. Onsite Services was recommended to us by AA breakdown services, after AA informed me, that my AA plus membership didn’t cover the breakdown overweight vehicle we had hired or any mechanical work needed to get us back to Auckland. Onsite Services professionalism, expert knowledge of breakdown issues and how to effectively and efficiently navigate to achieve a positive outcome for us exemplifies what a first class business Onsite Services are. Sales Manager Carl drove to where we had broken down, took me back to the office and provided us with a courtesy car to use over the weekend. Then Rachel their office extraordinaire, contacted AA on our behalf to discuss what I was entitled to ie broken down 100kms from home the AA plus member is entitled to a vehicle to get us home and or accommodation for up to 3 days. Unbeknownst to me, Bill who is the head mechanic and previous owner had magically advocated for us to have the towage and storage costs covered by AA, who in turn will on charge the awful, extremely unhelpful camper insurance company. After explaining to Bill the issues we are having with this awful camper insurance company, he suggested we contact our personal insurance company - and it turns out my daughters insurance company will help us. We met the owners of Onsite Jason (and Jenny) via phone then in person on Monday and the warmth and kindness we received from Onsite team of Angels who we will never ever forget. Don’t waste your time looking anywhere else- make Onsite services your first choice.

   This company is nothing short of amazing. We found ourselves stuck in Napier last Monday which was an observed new years day public holiday, with brake pads that needed replaced immediately after having driven from Invercargill. Everywhere was closed. I rang around and found these guys. I explained the situation and that we still needed to drive to Gisborne. The on call guy Kerry, was working out on the Napier/Taupo summit but the boss spoke to him and he agreed to come back to Napier to help us not just once but a second time to find another issue. Kerry asked us to let him know when we got to Gisborne ok then the boss called a couple of days later to check we were still getting on ok and had no further issues. Service like this doesn't usually exist. I couldn't rate or recommend them highly enough.
