   The area we were seated in was great.Food average mashed potatoes tasted fried. Home supposedly off the bone was in chunks and dry. One meal was completed missed off te order Dessert was okay.

   Have been going there for about four years and the menu never changes, it's very boring and they don't even have a Christmas lunch or decorations on the tables for groups anymore

   Was there for a 50th wedding anniversary. About 40 of us and they gave us a set menu of 2 courses for $41. The meals were a good size and they had a good system to serve us all. Theeals came out very quickly to each table. The meal I had which was the porterhouse steak was cooked perfectly and the had prawns salad and potatoes. Everyone else at the table seed to enjoy there meal also. The staff were great and the service was also.

   I recently had the pleasure of dining at Diggers Tavern in Mosgiel, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience! The food was absolutely delicious, with a fantastic variety that really showcases their quality. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing! Moreover, the service was exceptional. Our waitress, Chloe, truly made our evening memorable. She was knowledgeable and enthusiastic as she informed us about the specials for that night. Her recommendations were spot on, and she went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience. Chloe’s friendly demeanor and attentive service really set the tone for an enjoyable meal. I highly recommend Diggers Tavern to anyone looking for great food and top-notch service. Thank you, Chloe, for making our visit so special! We'll definitely be back!

   We had a fantastic dinner here. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The venue isn't fancy, but it's very clean and appears to be fairly new. I had the lamb shanks (2), and my dad had the porterhouse steak. The dinners were huge! We arrived hungry and were both raised to not leave food on our plate. Neither of us could finish our meal. I've added a photo of the lamb shank dinner and thought I'd mention that what it doesn't show is the pile of mashed potatoes under the lamb. If we were in the area longer, we would have gone back the next day.

   Welcoming and friendly staff, DELICIOUS food and very reasonably priced and GENEROUS serving size. Plenty road side parking, family friendly. There's also a pool table and a little kids play section. Very comfortable and spacey environment, cleanliness 10/10. One of my favorite food spots. Fish and lamb shank is bomb, sure everything else is too on the menu. Must drop by if in Mosgiel!! Thank you team RSA!
