I always come here for my bubble tea treat because Eilis, the lovely girl whoβs always there, is fantastic. She remembers my usual drink and makes the whole ordering experience easy and smooth. You're lucky to have such a customer-focused team member.
Visited first time. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with the tea. I had Japanese matcha tea with milk and pearl and it smelled really weird / as if it had gone bad / fishy smell. 9$ wasted there. Iβm sure other flavours are good and it was quite busy on a Friday afternoon. Customer service was good. And it has a nice ambience. Will return to try something else next time
Super chill, friendly staff and best Boba in hawkesbay easy. My daughter loves it and she got me hooked also. Brown sugar milk tea all day! Keep it up Gong Cha!
I love this place! Pearls are always cooked to perfection! My favourite drink is the Mango Green Milk Tea with pearls! Everyone must try that drink! As a tea drinker and bubble tea lover, I have been going to this bubble tea shop since it opened in 2021. The staff are nice and friendly. One of their staff, usually works alone, yet manages to work quick and efficient. She does not smile often, probably due to the building up number of people waiting in line, yet she seems to have proper product knowledge every time I ask her about the items on the menu, and what certain dietary restrictions are in the drinks. Give that lady a much deserved raise and hire more staff!
I ordered the white pearl with aiyu jelly. Very refreshing and since it's not a milk based drink, I feel I can drink 3 glasses of this and not feel sick. Come here for drinks and not service.
I would go to Gong Cha often in Christchurch and so I was excited that it had opened up in Napier. The drinks are great as always! The place is clean and nice to go into. The service is pretty quick even when it is busy (and it gets busy often).
