this place is such a gem, the food is delish and so affordable, staff are friendly and coffee is great! love coming here every time i visit the bay
Recommended to us by a local and very pleasantly surprised. Lovely old building with original features. The choice of coffee and drinks was great and we tried the trying platter of slices at $6 which was a bargain. Excellent service.
Good food, eggs bene was delicious! I recommend ordering off the menu instead of the cabinet food as the panini wasn’t anything special. Coffee was very good Friendly staff and quick service.
Went in for a sweet treat today and got handed what was a clearly at least a few days old cake tasting platter. Only one piece tasted like it wasn't off. I was going to try a few different cakes so I can come back to the one I liked the most,but won't be visiting anymore.
Good cafe with tasty food and pleasant staff. Has your standard cafe breakfast options and what we had was executed well. Good quality chorizo on the chilli scramble gives a really nice exciting twist on scrambled eggs. Smoothies were a little hit and miss, snickers smoothie was delicious, but the very berry smoothie was a little bit bland and watery. Creamy mushrooms were good, nothing wrong with them but didn't quite excite us as much as other creamy mushrooms have. Very enjoyable breakfast and would return when in Napier again. Nice bit of outside seating space. Street parking straight outside the cafe where you can park for 2 hours

Rated low for atmosphere cause we were drowned out by the noise of the next door construction. Not the fault of the restaurant. Had a kumera basket which didnt have much taste
Not locals and stumbled across this cafe, lovely service and we both rated out breakfasts 10/10. Great coffee and all the cabinet food looked so good. Looking forward to our next visit already
Great food and service - loads of gluten free options and milk alternatives, really relaxed. It was busy but the staff were doing a great job and made us feel welcome and no stress.
