    ordered a delivery of two sandwiches and the toppings were mixed up on both, and both cookies were wrong. don’t recommend.

    Subs are fine but don’t bother buying cookies they were raw I tried contacting them about this and they resolved my ticket without even speaking to me I’d rather go to another subway and get cooked cookies waste of $6

    On our holiday we visit three differant Subways, Washdyke Timaru, George St Dunedin and this one. The two girls were very professional and the shop was clean and well presented. The George one needed a refit and staff was not at all helpfull. A stark contrast to this one

    More often than not there is spilled soda or food on the floor. I've mentioned this to staff on a few different occasions and they usually say "yeah we know" and do nothing about it. More often than not my order is wrong as well, which may be because they are quite busy. Food hygiene is a concern and I don't eat there anymore. Staff are lovely and very friendly, it's just the food hygiene and restaurant presentation that makes my review so poor.

    Always liked Subway's value-for-money. The only thing lacking that complete 5-stars is the range of options for Asian food flavours. Spicy Korean Chicken is a start but would be keen to see more countries with their famous flavours on its menu wall.
