Worst burger experience. Cold chips,unsure if they were a previous unclaimed order and a cold chicken piece in burger, sauce was warm. Never had cold food served up other than left overs the next morning.
We didn't complain but left as we had an appointment due.
Re doesn't stand for reheat obviously, beware, re stands for refrigerate.

Very fast and courteous response from franchise, appreciate their desire to offer quality food and service. Lifting rating fromm 1 to a 2. Would like to lift higher but this is a food review, senior management excellent.

Ordered the sundae and got a tiny cup nothing like the picture. This is misinformation. Would not use them again. The other branch in Dunedin city is much better

Have ordered from RE burger multiple times now through Deliver easy. Have been unimpressed most times. The last two times in particular our orders were wrong. First time one entire adults burger was missing from the order plus the drink for the kids meal. Next time we paid extra to have items added to our burgers, only for them to not be in there. Dont get me wrong, the burgers are tasty, but the attention to detail and the care really doesn't seem to be there. Likely wont be back.

Burgers were great however the boxes weren't marked so we had to try and work out who's was who's by unwrapping them. We ordered online for 6.30pm pick up but we're told when we arrived that it would be another 15 mins!

Ordered for 6:00pm pickup, wasn't ready till 6:10pm (despite ordering at 5:10pm). Chicken was really good but the beef patties were oversalted to the point people couldn't finish them. Stick to the chicken.
