One of the better tasting dominos pizzas I've had, sliced horribly of course. Also they do not know how to spell Edward.
I’m writing to share my recent experience at your Hastings store. The pizza I received was burnt, had a strong burnt flavour, and completely lacked the usual Domino’s taste. On top of that, the customer service was disappointing — there was no care or effort to make things right. I’m really unhappy with the quality and service I received. I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue and let me know what can be done to resolve it.
Not happy with the service. Order few pizzas for kids. Cheese garlic os looking and taste disgusting. Kids do not want it. When I rang to Store Manager Vanita, she was rude she agreed that new guy made this pizza and do not want to make and deliver it to my place. She did not even bother to Say sorry. Dominos service and standard is going down hell.
didnt taste the best, the garlic bread was salty, the pizza was really thin, had no sauce and so much cheese, paid 27$ definitely wasnt worth it.
Really good tasting pizzas! Piping hot when it arrives with delivery. Keep it up!
My pics say it all.. all my must have default flavours are now brimming as soon as I open the box! .. using their template I get the same pizza every time now because without one of those flavours it aint worth it. dominoes crust is unique like no other and I'm sad to say it took an Ozzie to bring it home but they beat us in this race! glad they did! delicious pizza, Pizza Hutt icon is a memory wont even go there anymore now supermarket Pizza is just where else can you get a Pizza like this for under $8.00???
I can understand your busy thats fine, I sent this as feedback but no one replied. My order said ready on the app timer but was told a few minutes in store, that's fine sometimes that is out of wack. Then when it was ready they called my name but didn't even look up, so I had to wait in line to get the pizza I saw go on the self. Then I get home and they didn't even bother to cut it. Would not reccomend Hastings Dominos. Poor customer service. The only silver lining was it tasted good (after I cut it up).
Really poor service tonight. Arrived in store for my pick up. Which was 6:14pm. On time to get order. Order not ready. Yes the store was busy. However there was no clear leader and customers were frustrated. Waited and waited. Then got told 5mins. 15 mins later I saw them get my order from the warmer. I was told they were waiting for one pizza. And it's only been 5mins miss. Left the store at 6.37pm. With pizza that was just thrown togther with very little ingredients. Look at what I should is advertised and look at what I received.
