Very less quantity of meat even when you pay more than $20 for a meal. Hope the pictures make sense! On being asked, I was told we only give 50gm of meat with the bowl. Waste of money too as the meat was cold.
Loved the service, Lady at the reception made food which is on menu but not present at the time, it only took about 5 misn viola food is ready, really impressed with the service and quality of food. Highly recommend.
Hire fluent English speakers to serve. Took me 5 minutes for the cashier to understand i wanted less rice and more salad on my chicken bowl. Would not recommend.
The food everything is just amazing . I use to work in the hair salon in the mall So, I had the honour of going to get sushi at a skip and jump on my break I still manage to travel to this wonderful place to eat the fantastic food.
The food was good as sushi gets. However the service was where it lacked. I had gotten a sushi voucher which had $20 dollars on it. I grabbed a pack of sushi and a bottle of coke. When I approached the counter I gave the young worker the voucher, she was obviously having trouble with how to use it or something. She then gestured to the credit card machine for me to pay. However I had to explain to her I already did and it was on the voucher. Luckily someone came to help her. But it took longer then it should have. The sushi price total was around $13. and the voucher amount was $20. I did not get change back. This was pretty annoying as nothing had been stated around not getting your change back when you use a voucher. If I had known that I wouldn't had been allowed to get my change back I would have bought another thing of sushi or something else. Unacceptable. Please next time, atleast have someone trained enough to know how to use a freakin voucher to pay, and give back the change. If you don't know how a voucher works do not give them out.
I had food poisoning after having a chicken ramen from there. No spoon for the soups. I am not coming back again.
The guy behind the counter wiping his nose with his hand more than once put me off. Yes I suggested he wash his hands!
I wanted cream cheese in my dragon roll and they sent me the dragon roll and just a block of cream cheese next to it. Why? Why did you think that's what I wanted? What was going through your head? I'm not even mad, I'm just confused. Other than that, it was pretty good. I'll make sure to be more specific next time.
