Only had a steak and cheese pie and a coffee but they were delicious, price is very reasonable and a good selection, room to park a truck and trailer on both sides of the road, will stop again
The coffee wasn't bad, a nice mid point on our motorcycle ride to Paeroa. The cabinet food looked alright. If you need a pick me up or just a stop to stretch your legs, it's perfectly fine.
A little gem of a cafe on the trip from Auckland to Mt Manganui. The coffee was good, the pies were the best! and the toasted bacon and egg sandwiches were scrumptious! The staff were lovely too, very welcoming and friendly. We highly recommend this as a stop for a bite to eat.

Visited this morning for coffee and something to eat on the way to Auckland. The premises was very clean and tidy. We ordered a pastrami bun, sausage roll, pie and coffee. It was all fresh and delicious. The coffee was great. Will definitely stop here again, the owners were very nice and polite. Thank you
Wanted to stop in there for quite some time, and finally did because my daughter had to use the loo. Glad I did, because the guy was happy enough for us to use the toilet without knowing we were going to buy anything. The pie I bought was one of the nicest pies I've had for ages. Big chunks of steak and real cheese, perfect eating Temperature and great texture on the pastry. My sad bought a chicken pie and still talking about it today. When we left it seemed like the guy was happier to hear that we enjoyed our food and coffee, than we were for enjoying our food and coffee.. ill definitely be stopping in there as a regular from now on
28Apr22 1516 Stopped with little granddaughters on the way from Manukau to Tauranga. Very clean. Friendly and hospitable owners. So we sat at the storefront table eating our ice creams and filled roll .. while the trucks and cars roared past. This cafe has a great display of fresh rolls, savouries and cakes. First time ever I have stopped here though I've been passing this store and intersection since 1986! Stop by with your passengers .. help the local economy.
First time here. Don't normally commute back to Auckland this way and was surprised to see a cafe. Stopped for a break and was impressed with both service and coffee. The food looks very good and I look forward to trying on my next trip. Open before 8, but it is a reasonably busy link to Morrinsville, Matamata and further south.
