   Turn over my car to them for wof and service then repair some parts. But end up with tragic look. They parked my car outside their shop then someone bump it. They blamed me because i have no car insurance. It's all my fault after all. Shame.

   Booked wof and service 3 weeks in advance, told to have vehicle there by 9am, told them I would wait, 1pm hadn't even touched my vehicle. No phone call nothing, picked up my keys and drove back to Hamilton, total waste of my day plus the fuel. Absolutely terrible service, need to work on customer service and communication.

   Had what appeared to be a flat battery, gave AA a call and was redirected to these guys. They came to pick me up and took me to the office to thoroughly check what's wrong with the car. Few options were on a table - flat battery or a dead alternator (relatively expensive to replace). They have decided to try something else and the car has magically started! Apparently it was just a loose clamp on the battery terminal. As I've said to them - I wouldn't have even noticed if they would replaced an alternator (and tied the clamp). Good and honest place, thanks guys!

   Great people and service if need a WoF its the place to go. They replace bulbs that need replacing and dont charge the earth. They know now to have a joke And you may even get a hot cup of coffee. Thanks team. Best WoF ever. Will be back.
