It was a pleasure working with JT Carter. From the initial communication to getting the work done. Even though it wasn't an emergency, they were able to squeeze us on the same day. Clayton was nice, worked fast, and did a good job. On top of that, the work was done well under the quoted amount. I'm a new loyal customer.
They have shown great perseverance to fix our dishwasher and dryer to their "as new" states. The guys who came out to do the work were also super friendly and knew what they were doing to get the issues sorted.
Used them several times, a bit pricey on the last one when installing my supplied vanity Poor communication, sloppy workmanship, very slow to get work completed on a recent project. The only plus being a mostly friendly attitude. Will use other plumbers in future.

I've had 3 jobs done on my house by JT Carter Plumbers and each job was very well done, and for a good price. A roof nail replacement just in time for '23 summer, cistern replacement, and water main repair. Professional and friendly workers, I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
The guys came up and installed our new fireplace, did a fantastic job, had to make up a metal spacer for the gap in the old fireplace and it turned out just perfect . When it was all finished they removed all the old fire place and flue. Cleaned up the carpet. Thanks.
Had a leak into passage from shower phoned and 1st call asked for a call back waited a few days then phoned again there was no record of the call the previous week never mind can a plumber come to check what is leaking and price to replace shower, yes will be at yours 3.45 this afternoon, nobody turned up then today 8.30 am plumber turned up 3 weeks after he was supposed to be here! He was very apologetic. Perhaps I should have phoned after he didn't turn up but frankly was not impressed with service enough to bother. Did have Thomas for dishwasher repair and although he couldn't fix the problem he was very prompt and friendly.
Wonderful company to deal with. Thomas came out within a couple of days and got my fridge running perfectly again! Really reasonable price, highly recommend.
